Solar Plexus Power
This final exercise shows you how to use your Solar Plexus to add power, confidence, and balance to your three Pulses (Earth, Heart & Sky). Long held by countless traditions to be the “center of gravity” for the body — in charge of your sense of self and your ability to manifest what you want. The Solar Plexus is that one central point where the waves from your Earth, Heart & Sky pulses blend & merge. This meditation helps you nourish your awareness of the Solar Plexus — and its role in the health of your vitality & Qi.
The Earth Pulse Embodiment exercises are each designed to help you develop full-body enlightenment at the cellular level. You might think of them as a natural counterpart to genetically engineered biotech drugs that also work at the cellular level.
However, Earth Pulse exercises rely on the timeless science of embodiment — and it’s proven effect to heighten your spiritual awareness.
In other words, the goal is not to leave your body and transcend the physical by “astral projecting”, as it were, to some nebulous — and disembodied — nether world. Your soul chose to incarnate in your current body for it’s own special reasons. And to help accomplish the Soul’s purpose in coming to this particular body, the goal is to transcend your beliefs & fears of the limitations of the physical plane (including your body!). If you’ve seen the Matrix movies, you are familiar with the concept.
You accomplish this by spiritually descending into matter fully, stepping into your body full-on, for the purpose of clearing lower-frequency energies such as repressed emotions, belief systems, judgements and other contracted energies that are the source of limitation in the third dimension. Or as Dr. Z said back in the day, “It is your attitude, more than your aptitude, that will determine your altitude.
These Earth Pulse Embodiment exercises allow your higher self to completely blend within your physical earthly self. This results in full-chakra, cellular enlightenment or ascension — instead of escape.
